The Concept of Time:

Up until now you probably didn't think very much about time.  You worked your regular hours and then you went home.  You may have had weekends, days off and holidays.  Time was simply there.

But the idea of time is really quite interesting.  It is something that everyone has.  It is given out equally to each one of us no matter our age, our education or our job.  Time moves at a certain rate.  It is measured in minutes, hours days and years.  We can't create time nor can we stop time.  We can't save time or borrow it or even trade it.  All we can do is manage what time we have.  We must learn to control how we spend our time so that we can meet our goals and keep our commitments.

This course should be attended by anyone with a desire to improve his or her use of time on or off the job.  There are no prerequisites for this course.  Very easily understood and implemented/applied.
