A QUALITY SYSTEM SHOULD NEVER COST A COMPANY MONEY

About MEQA

IIT
MEQA understands small to medium sized businesses.

MEQA Inc. has been in the business of assisting small to medium sized companies with their ISO 9001, 14000, 13485/88, TL9000 and other ISO Standard requirements since 1993.

We are most often called upon to write the company's Quality Manual, train staff on Internal Lead Auditing, help the company to develop appropriate quality forms, perform pre-assessment audits, assist with the selection of a Registrar, and help the company to rectify any nonconformance the Registrar may raise during the Registration Audit.

In other words, we work with the company from start to finish. Most of the time the timeline is approximately thirteen to eighteen months. The client will spend minimal valuable resource time, as MEQA not only consults (supervises) but actually performs the tasks necessary to bring the company into compliance with their chosen Standard.

There are those organizations who prefer to do their own technical writing, and MEQA is then hired on an hourly rate for input as requested.

Some small companies find it feasible to retain MEQA to maintain their quality program for a small fee each month. This is most effective for organizations with limited staff and insufficient quality management work to keep a full time Quality Manager employed.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP YOUR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) MANAGEABLE.

TOO MANY TIMES ORGANZATIONS INCREASE PAPERWORK, AND DOCUMENTATION TO A POINT WHERE THE COMPANY BECOMES OVER REGULATED.

ISO IS DESIGNED BY CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS  WITHIN 125 COUNTRIES. THESE MEMBER COMPANIES INSIST ON SAVINGS NOT COST. THERE IS A COST TO QUALITY, BUT NOT AS GREAT AS THE COST OF NO QUALITY.

DOING SOMETHING ONCE, AND DOING IT WELL, WILL SAVE YOU MONEY AND REDUCE REWORK.
